He specializes in trauma therapy, providing a warm and supportive space for individuals to process their experiences and reconnect with themselves. His approach integrates Brainspotting and somatic techniques, allowing clients to access deeper healing by working with both the mind and body.
Alexander’s background is in trauma-focused care, and he supports clients in addressing anxiety, depression, attachment challenges, workplace stress, grief, and the emotional impact of divorce. In addition to these challenges, Alexander also offers specialized parenting therapy that provides direct therapeutic support to parents, helping them navigate the challenges that parenting brings and feel more confident in their role as caregivers.
Additionally, Alexander offers specialized therapeutic support to neurodivergent individuals, such as those who are on the Autism Spectrum.
His goal is to create a compassionate and empowering therapeutic experience that fosters resilience and growth, helping individuals reclaim a sense of balance and strength in their lives.
